“The Captain’s Cut” Cook-off

chefs knivesWatch and join the fun as three of our own will be put to the ultimate test…a unique cooking challenge that will keep you both fed and entertained!

Our three “Celebrity Chefs” will include the ever-so-talented Angela Rabiola, Kory Breitel and Clare Spall.

Chefs will each be given a basket of the same “surprise” ingredients and will have a strict time limit to produce their culinary delight.

Our three judges will critique the creations based on taste, presentation and creativity, and make the “Captain’s Cut”, eliminating one Chef in Round 1 and another in Round 2.

Our last Chef standing will be declared El Capitano” !

Small tastings from our Chefs’ creations and a light, casual buffet from Posto 22 Italian Restaurant will be available.

Cost: $15 per person

Reservations required no later than Sunday 3/13/16 (so we know how much food to order for dinner)
